The reforms planned by the current Israeli government have triggered a wave of protests in the country. Against this background, the author of this article poses the question, in which cases a civil uprising is not only legitimate, but even required. What are the limits of compliance? – I’ve chosen Hukosai’s famous artwork as the basis for the wave transforming into crowds of protesting people.
